It's the people! All I have been in contact with have been excellent representatives for Toyota. MINOR complaint: I booked an appointment for 7:15 and waited for the service. Tan told me that my service people didn't arrive until 8:00. The good thing is that my service was complete by 9:30, not the 11:00 I was told it might be. I prefer the early service, so 7:15 was perfect for me. I might have made the appointment for 8:00 had I known that's when the service people arrived. Bottom line: Excellent service with a two hour wait. More
