Lance Jones in the service department took excellent care of me and my Toyota Prius. He found me the best discounts and made sure I did not overspend on a service I did not need at this time. He was genuinely pleasant to talk to and stayed on top of my service to keep me from spending 4+ hours that I normally spend sitting in the dealership waiting for my car to be done. Only issue I have is that I have never been offered a free loaner vehicle. I brought it up once or twice for my first couple of visits after I bought my car and started having an issue with a malfunctioning front camera, lane change and crash warnings that still continues to happen when the weather is hot and my car has been sitting under the sun for a while. That of course is another story and has nothing to do with my last service appointment with Lance. I thought I definitely should've been offered one since I had only bought it one month prior... but I was told that loaner vehicles were unavailable... due to the pandemic.. (I assumed). More
