The agent confirmed via phone and email that we can get costco pricing. When we went there they overprice the car and also offered us a warranty which is also expensive. We don’t have that much experience in buying car but we found our after that the price is too much compared to other dealerships. Even the extended warranty that we avail. So we learn out a lesson from this dealership. Make a good research before youu go to them. Look for honest reviews. More

When I scheduled my routine maintenance appointment for 9/4/2021, the first associate was not helpful with my questions about tires as I suspected I’ll need new ones. I was passed off to another associate 9/4/2021, the first associate was not helpful with my questions about tires as I suspected I’ll need new ones. I was passed off to another associate and I was seriously thinking going to someone else for tires while waiting. Thankfully Taylor was courteous and answered my questions. He was able to make recommendations and explain his reasons. I did need to get new tires, and so far I believe Taylor correct in the recommendation he made as I really do feel a difference while driving. So for Taylor it’s a five star plus rating.
