This was my first visit to a Toyoto Dealership. My husband and I just stopped by to look at a SUV. We have always bought our cars in Crestview but with no Toyoto dealership, we drove to Ft. We intended to look at other dealerships (GMC, Cadillac and Ford) before buying, but Armando was so pleasant,knowledgeable and professional, we looked no further. We test-drove a Highlander and a 4-Runner and purchased the 4-Runner. All the employees were so warm and friendly, including Richard Martinez, the Sales Manager, and Kim Kurnow, who handled all the financing details. Your entire staff took all the stress out of purchasing a new vehicle and actually made it a pleasant experience, even to the point of opening on Sunday to complete the paperwork. We are just thrilled with our Toyoto 4-Runner-Limited and with Quality Imports. My husband, Buddy is in the golf business and I am a banker and we work with the public, constantly. My experience w/ Toyota of FWB was far better than I had anticipated. Truth is, the thought of even stepping onto a lot to start looking at vehicles and being haggled by sales associates pushing you to buy anticipated. But, my sales person, Al Sienko, was completely the opposite of most I have dealt with, and he made the experience well worth it. He was informative and not pushy, funny and helpful. He worked hard to get me the car I needed, wanted, and could afford all in one. I was not expecting to leave the lot with a brand new car at such a low payment. I was pleased beyond my expectations. I liked that it didn't take long for them to come back to me to let me know what it would cost if they financed me. I liked especially that the numbers didn't change once I agreed to buy the car and let them finance it. I never had a smoother car purchase experience as I did with Quality Toyota. More

We stopped in to "look" on a Sunday afternoon...not knowing the dealership was open. When we started looking at the "orange" car that caught our attention as we drove by we were greete afternoon...not knowing the dealership was open. From the first contact until we were finishing up purchasing two new vehicles that day we were treated like we were the only customers in the dealership, we never felt pressured or like we couldn't look or discuss our decision privately. The purchase of a new vehicle is a major expense and both my sister and I felt comfortable with the price we were given, the amount of the trade we received on our old vehicles, and the total outcome of the experience. We both purchased vehicles that day, she purchased a Prius C and I purchased a Rav4...great cars, great salesman, great dealership, and outstanding experience.
