What can I say about my experience with Quality and the staff? (probably to much) This was by far the most pleasent and professional experience I have had when purchasing a vehicle. From the moment we stepped on the lot we were treated respectfully and kindly. Their facilty was inviting and comfortable. Brandon Miller is a Wonderful Represenative for Quality! My husband and I were most impressed by his knowledge of the product. He doesnt try to shove you into a car just because he is ready to pounce on the next deal. Brandon educates you. Making sure you understand the car and it's features. This way helps you make a decision, your own, educated decision. I truly enjoyed his no pressure, education presentation of the cars. He his upbeat, helpful, thoughtful and a pleasure to deal with. He stayed late to finish up our deal as did others. He even scheduled a time to come back and go over more about the car. Brandon helped double check the trade in and transfer things to the new car. He goes out of his way to make you feel as if you are the only customer on there. People have a bad thoughts when they hear car salesman. Well I am hear to tell you folks - Brandon is not your typical "salesperson". Brandon does not sell you a car. He educates you on his products and allows you to make your own decision. Brandon Miller is Simply Amazing! My husband and I will be going back again when the time comes for a new one. I will never purchase or do business with Quality Imports. DO NOT ever provide them with an email address, because they do not abide by the regulations concerning the Can Spam Act. I have filed complaints with the FTC and still they persist in sending me newletters that they will not respond to. This organization is a complete failure when it comes to customer service before the sale, and looking at the reviews on Google it seems the service after the sale is even worse. I doubt a company like Dealer Rater will allow this post to stay online because they are being paid by the dealership to manage customer relationships. This is why Google stopped allowing DealerRater Reviews to even be included in the review. More
