The second experience wasnt AS great as the first...apparently there have been staffing changes or something, but still not a bad experience. Everyone was very nice and informative. Our salesman, Brandon, was very attentive to us as customers. He knew the vechicles well and answered all questions or got them answered. He remained focused on helping us find the vehicle and price that we were comfortable with, even though the process took a couple of emails, two or three phone calls and over three or four hours of test driving and discussion with him. Once we made our decision he had the car ready when we came to pick it up, had prepared the signing process so we could finish and make other appointments. The dealership has a pleasant clean and comfortable atmosphere. Every individual I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I would recommend my salesman and the dealership to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle. More
