In 2009 we bought a new Venza and Chris Stowe was our sales repersentive. We had come into buy a RAV4(I had, my husband had a different point of view). Chris listened to this husband & wife go back & forth, remained very professional, pointed out the qualities of both cars and "never rushed or pressured us". We ordered a Venza and waited 3 weeks for it to arrive. Fast forwasd to 2011. All we did was take the Venza in for a minor problem to have it fixed. We ask Chris to figure what our trade in would be for a new Venza with all the upgrades on it. Wow! We knew Toyota's are good car's, we had several in the past, but the trade in price was to good to pass up. We drove off with another new Venza. For a great vehicle experince, go to Quality Imports in Ft. Walton Beach, Fl and ask for Chris Stowe and just tell him the Newman's sent you. At Quality Imports you get just what the name implies, "QUALITY", from Chris, to Richard the asst. sales rep. and you'll get no better service than from Jason Mickey in the service department and Brandon will help you with all your finanical needs. The staff I worked with was both friendly and knowledgeable. What I wanted was not available locally and they made arrangements to find a close match that had to be transported to the local deal knowledgeable. I read good reviews about this dealer and decided to do my first 5000-mile service there instead of the dealership in my city that did not have as many good reviews as this one. I drove 60 miles and got th my first 5000-mile service there instead of the dealership in my city that did not have as many good reviews as this one. I drove 60 miles and got there at 8am on Saturday 7/23/11. I checked my car in and was told that the service will take approximately 1.5 hrs. I had to be at work in 3 hrs and I told the service person that I will be waiting at the dealership. After waiting for 1.5 hrs my car was still sitting at the parking lot and nobody even looked at it yet. I had at least 1 hr drive back to work, so I told the service person that I need my keys back. They gave me the keys and did not even apologize for not keeping their promise to get the work done in 1.5 hrs. They do not value their customer's time at all! And I was the first one there at 8am when they opened! I even had the appointment schedule 2 weeks in advance. Will not be back there for sure... More

I received discount coupons in the mail from your dealership from time to time. I decided to get an oil & filter change. I came in on a Saturday at 8AM and was third in line for service. I was treate dealership from time to time. I decided to get an oil & filter change. I came in on a Saturday at 8AM and was third in line for service. I was treated well and was asked to sign the forms and to have a seat inside while the service was done. After sitting there 1 hour and fifteen minutes, I went to check on the status of the service. I looked outside and saw my car parked in the lot. I checked and found out it hadn't even been taken in for service. I canceled the work and drove a short distance and had the work done in 15 minutes as I sat in the car. I felt that your service dept. doesn't realize that the customer's time is as value as theirs. I will now do service at your dealership only if I have an important. Thank you More

I just purchased my second vehicle from Quality imports, a 2011 Sienna Limited, and I could not have had a better car buying experience. I had been to several other local dealerships, and felt like prey to a 2011 Sienna Limited, and I could not have had a better car buying experience. I had been to several other local dealerships, and felt like prey to a venue of vultures. At Quality Imports, my salesperson, Bob Oestreich, without a doubt made this an enjoyable purchase. He is truely dedicated to complete customer satisfaction. And in my opinion he helped me to get the best price "Out the Door" on my vehicle vs. the most commission he could make. And he didn't forget about me when I left the dealership... a week after purchasing, his several emails to ensure all is well with my new vehicle shows his commitment to his customer.
