Went in to view a 2016 Camry and walked out 3 hours later with a 2017 Camry with a extended warranty that was still within my price range. Ricardo was extremely helpful and did everything he could to show m with a 2017 Camry with a extended warranty that was still within my price range. Ricardo was extremely helpful and did everything he could to show me their available vehicles as well as to help get the price down to get an agreeable number. There was no pressure to buy from him until I said I wanted to talk numbers then the back and forth began. Car was detailed and gassed up for free with my purchase (some dealers charge extra for that now outside of the price of the car), and looked amazing when I picked it up the next day. Finacing was an absolute breeze to work through as well and took less time than the test driving did due to the diligence and help of the employees they have. The only issue I had with my vehicle was that the ad listed it as a certified pre owned with a warranty, but then the sales manager stated that the vehicle was not eligible due to some 3rd party error. Other maintenance to the car was also done within the sales price such as oil change and filters unlike some dealerships I went to where it was snuck in also as a hidden fee. I was easily able to tell exactly what the price of the car was within $50 due to NC versus SC fees. Very transparent and eager to help sell you a vehicle. Would buy again. More
