He listened to what I was interested in and understood I was just looking at that time. There was no pressure and he helped me with getting on line information regarding the cars we were interested in so I could review them further at home. Over the next several weeks he would occasionally follow up with me by text messages. When we were ready to make our purchase he helped us work smoothly through the paperwork on line. We drove back to the dealership the next day and in a timely fashion we were able to complete the purchase and drive our new Toyota Crown home.
