Dusty was our sales rep and was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We came from a long distance and had our dog with us too. He was very nice to her as was everyone else also. Our only constructive feedback would be the process took way to long. We were already pre-approved and (thought) we had filled out all of the documents prior to getting there. We have another car, that we literally had to sign a couple of documents before driving away. That business model was excellent. However, we love our suv and recommend it to friends and family! More

I found the vehicle online, best price available with four other competing dealerships. Gladstone beat them all hands down. I spoke first with Ruben then later met in person.
