I purchased my vehicle from Toyota of Gladstone, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I was promised two season passes to Mt. Hood Meadows as part of the deal. Despite foll unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I was promised two season passes to Mt. Hood Meadows as part of the deal. Despite following up multiple times with both Gladstone Toyota and Meadows, I was continually told to expect a response soon. Eventually, I was told too much time had passed and the offer would no longer be honored. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch--make a promise to close the sale, then dodge responsibility afterward. It's unacceptable and unethical. If a business doesn't honor its word or follow through on written or verbal agreements, that's a major red flag. I would strongly caution others against doing business with them. They do not stand by their promises. More
