The process was relatively smooth. We did have to wait about a week for the car because of low inventory. The seller did his job well, I reserved a sienna, I did everything they asked me, what was in my hands, I finally received a couple of emails saying that the car was mine after 2 weeks they changed everyth everything they asked me, what was in my hands, I finally received a couple of emails saying that the car was mine after 2 weeks they changed everything and the manager sold the sienna that It was already reserved for me, I had to buy another one very different from what the other one was, they are not serious they believe that with a sorry they fix everything, they are not professionals they forced me to buy a nw sealant for $ 2500 and they did not apply it to them they lied to me very dishonest👎👎👎 More

How impressive is Gladstone Toyota!!! ZERO pressure to buy coming from the entire team. She really understood the process and make my buying experience top notch. Super friendly and professional. Gladstone is fortunate to have her on their team! Vic Meese in the Finance area was also a standout for my experience. Again, zero pressure to buy additional "add on's". But, when I did request upgrades to my new purchase, he went "above and beyond" to make sure I got a fair deal. Thank you Vic for your great service!
