Erick was great. He made me feel, and kept repeating that I was in charge !! It was a good experience except for the final paper work with finance, it took forever. And I was paying cash! Alicia was friendly and very good at communicating with us. I was less impressed by the management and finance was very pushy with extra add ons. The biggest disappointment was that we bought a brand new c us. I was less impressed by the management and finance was very pushy with extra add ons. The biggest disappointment was that we bought a brand new car and drove it off the lot and it had the front right light not working. This is unacceptable. It does not reflect on our experience with Alicia who was fantastic but overall doesn’t make me trust this dealership. More
