Overall, great experience buying a car from Toyota of Gladstone! Very knowledgeable and professional staff who knew their business, and were attentive and helpful in finding us a car that we loved. Even with the supply chain issues and car shortage, they managed to round up a couple Rav4 hybrids for us to test drive, which is more than any of the other dealerships were able to do. The only less-than-enjoyable part of our experience occurred when we were wrapping up the paperwork/ironing out the details in the back office. A different staff member was very pushy trying to sell us the warranty package, which we did not care for. But I understand that he was just doing his job, and he was still very polite. The highlight of our experience was working with our sales associate, Alicia. She was very friendly and kind, and listened attentively to our needs in order to show us only the cars that we were interested in. Alicia was incredibly knowledge about the details of all of the car models, so we were very surprised to learn that she had been working at Gladstone for less than a year. Thank you, Alicia, for helping us find the perfect car! We love our Rav4 Hybrid! We wish you all the best and a very successful future. More
