Normally I would always recommend this dealer but I had a horrible experience with the way one of the service advisors talked to me. Older Caucasian man, (the way he spoke to his employees, sounded like a su horrible experience with the way one of the service advisors talked to me. Older Caucasian man, (the way he spoke to his employees, sounded like a supervisor/manager- he sits next to Austin) This man was very belittling in the way he spoke to me about the repairs/warranty my car would be needed if. I used the Costco discount to get pricing, so there was no need to spend hours and hours at the dealership trying to bargain. Shyla was absolutely amazing! She was able to find the specific car that I want no need to spend hours and hours at the dealership trying to bargain. Shyla was absolutely amazing! She was able to find the specific car that I wanted, and get it to the dealership in a very short amount of time. She was easy to work with and my overall experience was quite painless. My new car was even dropped off, late at night, so that I could make a trip the following day. I felt very well cared for by Shyla! More
