And took WAY longer than it needed to. We had our own financing in place. NOBODY wants to sit there for an hour or more being up-sold on warranties and such. We had a long 4 hour drive home and the finance guy just kept talking and talking and talking. About nothing really, It ruined the end of our car buying experience that started off so great with Jonathon. It was just annoying. More

We don’t typically buy from dealerships, and weren’t anticipating purchasing when we came in. However, Parker made it really easy on us - he was very flexible and understanding of our time restraints wi anticipating purchasing when we came in. He was very honest with what he could and couldn’t do, and he went above and beyond to have a couple of extras added to the vehicle so we didn’t have to make another trip. I rated the dealership 4 stars, because I do think the sales manager was undervaluing my trade in even for dealership standards - however it wouldn’t stop us from coming back. More
