Wendal was great and a sweet guy. Easy to work with and very personable. Like the dealership, very clean and everyone is so helpful. My finance man was very sweet as well. My only complaint is that I came in to trade my end of lease vehicle and it took about 45 minutes total to find the replacement and test drive, but took 3 1/2 hours to the paperwork done. That’s too long. There were no problems with finance. 4 1/2 hours is way too long to do the deal! More
