My relationship started with Eric on the phone when I checked to see if a used vehicle was still available. It was not. But Eric gave me a lot if confidence. I liked the way he explained things. I told Eric I have had bad experiences in the past with car Salesman. So he was there for me every step explaining to me what was going on. When we walked the lot. The new cars where out of my price range. Or I simply did not like the soccer Mom SUVs. The used car lot had limited SUVs that interested me. Eric suggested as a last chance to walk over and check the recent customer trade ins. There one of the last vehicles on the lot before I gave up was a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox fully loaded. This vehicle was in my price range and 100,000 miles less than my 2010 Mercury Mariner I traded in. Basically exactly what I was looking for when I talked in the phone to Eric. We did some haggling and quickly came to an agreement that made sense. Since I bought a vehicle that was a recent trade in it had not gone through the inspections or detail department. So it took some time to complete. But in the end it was worth the wait. Eric offered to share his lunch with me. And offered to get me some refreshments throughout the day. Eric was very knowledgeable and very down to earth. He was someone who I trusted right away. He assured me lying toda customer is not something he promotes. Because he wants return customers down the road. Great experience! More
