Very easy to deal no pressure I was on the web looking at Toyota dealerships I got a pop up window on my screen and it was Eric asking if he could help? I'm in my mid 60's and I wanted a rep that was my age and I could tell he was around my age. So, I wrote back to him that I was looking for the fleet salesman because I was going to buy a car with the Costco discount. I wanted to buy from Costco but I didn't want to take up the time of a regular floor sales rep. Long story short, I told Eric what I wanted he found it and with out any pressure I drove it away...... Jk is an excellent salesman , low key, informative, easy to work with. Ask for him you won’t be disappointed .We did our homework ahead of time. We selected our car online brought the vin# with us to avoi to work with. Ask for him you won’t be disappointed .We did our homework ahead of time. We selected our car online brought the vin# with us to avoid any “bait and switch”and discussed a fair price with JK. BUT Unfortunately Gladstone uses the old school approach by bringing in a “closer” to convince you to buy useless extras and to act “hurt” when you won’t agree to their terms on the price of the car. THEN the finance guy...he was very friendly but he too went on and on about how I needed to spend $2000+ on an extra warranty. My wife and I knew exactly what we wanted and paid cash yet it took over three hours to complete the deal! Gladstone Toyota would do better to talk less and listen more. More
