Better than expected Buying a car is never a good experience, even in the best of situations. The needs of the customer are by nature, not what's best for the dealership. The finance department get's really pushy, and it is stressful. "Are you going to buy today!?!" At the end of the day, we bought the truck. We got a pretty good deal. Not great. When it comes time to use the added bumper to bumper warranty ($$$) for real, hopefully we are protected with real OEM parts, and do't have to fight for a proper repair. I will say, that we had a 48 hour grace period, and I had the truck looked at by another shop. There was a check engine light that popped up, and a significant issue was there. Not a cheap fix, and not warrantied. Dave, manager in the service department @ Gladstone, was 10000% helpful, took care of the work, and that really made the day. He was responsive, and on point. Had that not happened we would have given them the truck back. I would 100% recommend this dealership for anyone needing a car. As with anyone buying a car, at any dealership anywhere, you simply need to be prepared for the experience. More
