No hassles, no pressure, not an ounce of over bearing came from this gentleman. We tossed around a few options and I almost settled for what I didn't want. In the end I said you know if I'm going to be with this car as my daily for years I want it just right. They went above and beyond and found me the last Corolla Hatchback in the configuration I wanted. All the way in Olympia! Got it down here over night and Eric even picked me up to bring me to my car! True dedication right there. To my surprise they even found the last one that had everything I wanted on it! I can't say enough about this team, from the financial side to sales. My most recent experience was just this past week. My lease was coming to an end next month and i met by Emileigh Coen who helped me with a new vehicle. At first i decided on the 2019 highlander and i took one home with me. It was a nice enough but i discovered i really wanted more bells and whistles for the price i was paying. I text a manager to let them know about this and they had me come back in and Emileigh helped me give back the highlander and into a 2019 Sienna. I was super impressed with the flexibility of the toyota team and how helpful/ instrumental Emileigh was in the whole process. More
