From start to finish, Gavin with Toyota Of Gladstone was the most professional, polite, helpful, patient, knowledgeable salesperson, I have ever come From start to finish, Gavin with Toyota Of Gladstone was the most professional, polite, helpful, patient, knowledgeable salesperson, I have ever come across. I met Gavin when I was in the dealership getting my Tundra serviced. Gavin is the lease manager and he told me about how I was projected to be over on miles on my lease. He presented me with the idea of trading in my older Tundra for a brand new one at roughly the same payment. I already had 55,000 miles on my truck 3 years into a 5year 60,000 miles lease. I thought I was in trouble. I thought I was married to my truck forever, that I would be buried in it. Gavin assured me that he and his managers could help me out. He was patient in listening to and addressing my questions and concerns. At first I was skeptical that it was possible to get out of my lease into a new truck. I am not a right now buyer. Gavin was extremely professional showed me some new trucks, let me drive one and gave me some information to take home with me. I left the dealership that day intrigued by the idea but not ready to pull the trigger. Over the next few months Gavin followed up with me via phone and text and I finally went back to the dealership to see if his idea was possible. Gavin was able to get me a brand new 2018 TRD Sport Tundra and get me out of my lease into a purchase option. He got it done with $0 cash down and my payment was about the same. I don’t have to worry about miles anymore and my new truck is amazing. Gavin pointed out that the TRD Sport would be a better option for my day to day driving compared to my previous TRD Offroad. He pointed out the difference in suspension and I love the way it looks! I will always come back to see Gavin at Toyota Of Gladstone and would recommend him to all of my friends and family looking for a new vehicle. Gavin is a true professional and you wil be very, very happy you went to see him. Thank you very much for helping me get into my new Tundra!!!!! More
