She was very friendly when I met her and I didn’t feel pressured into looking at any model car I was not interested in. She helped me find the perfect model and style I wanted, and informative about the car’s details. If I had a unique question she didn’t know the answer to yet, she would get an answer for me quickly. Joe was very friendly and easy to talk when when it came to figure out pricing and explained the options thoroughly for me to understand. I am not a fan of car buying because it can be stressful but I would certainly return to Gladstone Toyota and recommend this dealership to my family and friends. More

Since I drove 200 miles to the dealership, Raeanne went out of her way to have the chip protection and northwest protection package installed the same day. I can tell that she takes a great deal of pride in her work. Vince Gillam was a real pleasure to deal with. We are both Navy Veterans and shared some great stories. Vic Meese was very good at explaining each bit of paperwork that I signed and I felt he had my best interest at heart. Even the staff that I was not working with directly smiled and greeted me.
