I had the opt I was very pleased with the exceptional customer service I received from Denis Russu, he is a very organized and knowledgeable employee. I had the option of getting a discount from either Costco or U-decide at my place of employment and asked to have both prices to see which one would have the most savings and he had all of the information ready when we returned from the test drives. I also asked to drive two cars back to back both in the city and on the highway (Camry XSE and SE Hybrid) so I could decide which one would be the best fit for me...he had both vehicles ready when I arrived and he answered all of my questions and continues to support me with answers since I bought the car. I decided to go with the XSE due to all the extra bells and whistles. The all around service I have received at this dealership has been absolutely wonderful. More

We went in only wanting to look at one particular used car, we test drove it, and talked about purchasing it for a while. During that entire time frame we weren't hounded into looking at other cars, it was suggested once and when we said no we weren't asked again. They were patient with us when it came to us deciding to wait a couple days and look for better interest rates for loans on the vehicle. Nothing but straight-forward conversation and none of the typical pushy up-selling. If I ever sell my personal car, I will definitely be looking to come back. Totally different experience in comparison to my past two vehicle purchases I've made. More
