Angel was great. The overall expeience was dreadful. Jean and I liked working with Angel, she was honest and helpful. She addressed herself to Jean since it was Jean's car. We both liked that. The rest of the experience at Toyota of Gladstone was not good. The finance guy either didn't know what he was doing or was deceptive. Your choice. He tried to convince me that a maintenance contract was $26 and then $35 a month. When the contract came out, the cost for the maintenance contract was $4,300. That is 122 months at $35 a month. The contract was for 60 or 84 months. He was never clear and offered no written documents.. I hope he didn’t suck in too many folks. He also asked me to sign 6 or 7 documents electronically without giving me a paper copy beforehand to read. I won't deal with him on my next car and probably not COSTCO or Toyota of Gresham. Not a positive experience. Jim More

Besides being personable she didn't use any high pressure sales techniques (one of the supervisors did, but he was nice about it, so free pass... and no foul on Angel). I did want to look at a hybrid, and after Kenny showed me the Prius Prime, blue (my favorite color), 133 MPG.... I was hooked. My insurance agent said she never insured a car with only 3 miles on it before! Kenny was not pushy, was knowledgeable about the car, and if he didn't know, he found someone who did. I swore I'd never buy from a dealer (that was 2003), but this changed my mind. Thanks for a hassle-free experience. More

She was extremely kind and helpful...as were the rest of the people who assisted in the background. When I went back the final time, Emileigh was already in a scheduled appointment, so Aaron Waxenfelter stepped in to help. He was also very kind and helpful with spending his time deadline with issues of my own that other dealerships may not have been so nice about. Both were superb and everyone went over the top in making me as comfortable as possible as I muddled through my issues.
