Our salesman (Eric Kalik) couldn't have been nicer and seemed genuinely interested in making sure that our needs and expectations were met. The process of finding the car we wanted and agreeing on a price (including our trade-in vehicle) only took about 2 hours. They didn't have the actual car with all the features that we wanted but were able to find one and have it available within two days. If you are buying a Toyota we recommend checking these guys out (ask for Eric in internet sales). More

Went to look, left happy with a new car We went there looking for a specific model of Rav4. I spoke with Sou before, and knew that he would be helpful with getting us what we wanted. Manny was terrific I knew the car I wanted (Prius Prime). As anticipated I did have to haggle a little to arrive at an agreeable price, however once that was out of the I knew the car I wanted (Prius Prime). As anticipated I did have to haggle a little to arrive at an agreeable price, however once that was out of the way I couldn't ask for better treatment. As it turned out after driving the car less than a few hours I noticed what appeared to be a software defect in the radio. It wasn't clear when an update would be available. I expressed my concern and to my amazement they swapped out the car for a different but identical one. Problem solved. I'm used to fighting with dealerships, but not this one. Highly recommend. More
