When we arrived at Toyota of Gladstone, she had a Camry and a Prius side-by-side, ready for us to test drive, just like she promised. She was very attentive, listened to our needs and concerns, and was fun to work with. We feel like we ended up with a great deal. It was a crummy, rainy day and we had intended on "only shopping". My 15 year old car had died earlier in the week. I had been putting off purchasing a new car as I can't stand the whole process. This was such a great, no pressure and positive experience that we wish we had done it sooner. We love, love, love our new 2017 Sea Glass Pearl Prius 3. Stellar Sales Person He listened to my needs and he delivered...and we had fun! I bought a "certified" vehicle in Mesa, Arizona. It had been in a car fax recorded accident He listened to my needs and he delivered...and we had fun! I bought a "certified" vehicle in Mesa, Arizona. It had been in a car fax recorded accident. The gas pedal surged to continue driving when the brake was on. The transmission would slip or thunk continually. This vehicle scared me to drive it. So I brought it in to be evaluated. According to the computer there was nothing wrong with it. I knew I did not want to be that person whose car drove through a building or person on the sidewalk. Worst purchase ever. I went back to Earnhardt Toyota to explain this to them...they didn't care...they knew I was moving away...so they blew me off. I love toyota....I've owned 3 4Runners....my son has owned 2. Now I have a payment...just to be safe...this is wrong. More
