I feel very fortunate to have called that evening and speak to Angel! I met her 30 minutes later and left shortly thereafter with the vehicle I wanted. Angel is a true gem! She made the entire transaction painless and even after the sale was quick to answer any questions I had. I will be back when ready to purchase again. Came in for oil change, Went out with new Rav4! I took my 2015 Rav4 in for the routine oil change and while waiting was approached by Kenny asking if I liked my Rav4. He proceeded to tell me about I took my 2015 Rav4 in for the routine oil change and while waiting was approached by Kenny asking if I liked my Rav4. He proceeded to tell me about the 2017 Rav4 new safety features, etc. The dealership team worked their magic and gave me the same conditions needed/promised and ended up leaving with a 2017 Rav4. The whole process was pretty painless and Kenny (as well as rest of the team) worked hard as I was a bit picky (to say the least) with my conditions. In the end, I think they were pretty happy to finally see me leave :>). Thank you to the whole team for a job well done! More

Manny is "The Man". I went to the dealership just to physically see the vehicles i was considering. I had already did alot of research on the vehicle I wanted as well as I went to the dealership just to physically see the vehicles i was considering. Needless to say, I put a deposit down to hold the vehicle and took it home the next day. I even got above blue book for my trade-in which saved me from the hassle of selling it privately and carrying insurance on 2 vehicles.
