I received multiple phone calls from other dealerships, but Sou Chao was the only one who kept following up, not only in emails but phone calls as well. He finally got my interest to see a new Tacoma for a price that's pretty close to my budget for a preowned. So I made the appt. with him. Unfortunately, on our way to your store, we had to stop and deal with my medical problem. I tried to text him and call him as well, but for some unknown cause my phone wasn't working. When we finally got in touch, he explained to me that he had to go and attend to some family matter. I felt really bad because I know he worked hard to get me to come in. Another was confused about features I wanted (blindspot availability), then changed prices through the negotiation process the wrong way. Mr Chao at Gladstone Toyota was reasonably challenging on my price demands and respectful while I learned about what Highlander model I should purchase. He was able to offer me a model at a very competitive price with a minimum of hassle. After my purchase he very helpful in explaining how to drive the suv out of the showroom. He demonstrated great tolerance in trying to teach me how to use the electronics. More
