We test drove a couple vehicles with her and both the vehicles and her company were delightful. Angel did an exceptional job of informing us vs. selling us. As owners of multiple late model Landcruisers we didn't need to be sold on the Toyota brand. We needed to be informed, and she was very knowledgable on all aspects of each vehicle we tested. Angel closely listened to us and did a great job of mentally building our checklist of wants/needs and was then able to accurately compare the models when using our checklist as a filter. We thought we wanted the Highlander. Angel made us realize that actually, the 4Runner was the best fit for us which we had never expected. Angel was worked very hard to help us find the expect spec vehicle (since the exact color Limited wasn't in stock) and continued to closely followup up to and through the final delivery of the vehicle. Bottom line: Angel "gets" consumers today and what they consider a quality experience - we won't recommend anyone else! A++++++++++++++++++ Thanks Angel! More

This dealership was not convenient to me at all but I chose it based on my experience with Angel. She even took time to deliver my car on a Saturday night!
