I searched on line for Toyota dealers in Oregon and Toyota of Gladstone popped up first. I started chatting with Angel through the website and told her exactly what we were looking for. Best Car Sales Experience I have had! I went to several dealerships looking at vehicles and Angle listened to me. She listened to what I wanted and needed. She instinctively knew what I was looking for in my next car. Even down to the color! I am used to going to places and getting the old bait and switch on the cars. Come in and see this car but once you get there the car is magically sold. She was clear, honest, friendly and there was absolutely no pressure! None! She listened to my budget needs and my car needs. She even made sure to get me out of there as quickly as possible. Trust me. I will be going back to her. More

I made an appointment online to view a car, and when Glenn Howard called me back to let me know it wasn't available, he told me about a similar car wh I made an appointment online to view a car, and when Glenn Howard called me back to let me know it wasn't available, he told me about a similar car which was an even better deal. My parents and I came to look at the vehicle and he treated me with respect and regard, and was very personable and easy to talk to. Being a young woman, I've had bad experiences with other car dealerships and salesman where I feel like they are talking down to me, but Glenn was friendly, patient, and answered all of my questions without ever sounding the tiniest bit condescending. The dealership was busy when we were there, but after a test drive and deciding to purchase the car, the whole process was actually very quick and painless. Glenn explained everything each step of the way and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. My dad (the discerning buyer of the house) is also looking for a new car, and he said that he wasn't even thinking of buying a Toyota, but he might just so he could buy it from Glenn Howard! He clearly cares about his customers and I'm very happy not only with my purchase of a certified used car in amazing condition, but also with my experience at Toyota of Gladstone! More

Fair enough! I liked the 2015 body style better than 2016 somehow (?) and the Tacoma TRD double cab was the right color, right packages and sold itself. Great time buying my Tacoma through Gladstone I recently purchased a 2016 Tacoma from Gladstone Toyota and the overall experience was great. I had been researching the truck for more than a year a I recently purchased a 2016 Tacoma from Gladstone Toyota and the overall experience was great. I had been researching the truck for more than a year and I worked with both Wade and Ted. I in total made around 4 to 5 visits and test drove 4 different Tacomas. Never once had any problem getting a test drive and never had any pressure to buy following the drive. Both Ted and Wade were genuinely interested in making sure I ended up with the exact truck I wanted and because of their patience I did. I had visited other dealers in the area and honestly I didn't feel near as comfortable with any of the others. If I ever do need another vehicle Gladstone will be my dealer.
