We had been looking to buy a 2016 Camry for my Mom and after looking at our options in Salem and Eugene we decided to drive 50 minutes up North to Gladstone Toyota. I had spoken with Mr. Kermit over the phone before the drive about my concerns in getting the exact Camry I was looking for and he assured me that he would find me the right car with the right price. Upon arrival at the dealership we were blown away with such friendly staff who greeted and welcomed us in. With our past experience with high pressure sales treatment and rude sales environment were were surprised how different this dealership was. We found the exact car we were looking for and worked out a excellent deal with Mr Chao. They were true to their promise in finding me the exact car and giving me the best deal in town. For all my future car needs (even servicing) I will most definitely be driving all the way to Gladstone Toyota for their excellent service. I would say they have earned my continued patronage and have restored my trust in dealerships and car salespeople. I'll recommend them to my friends at this point. Wade Fish was awesome and he really paid attention to the options we wanted and helped us get the best deal possible. He made everything easy and simple and laid it out for us so that we were in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible. With a 5 month old in tow, it was such an easy process. Wade had the vehicle ready to go and was amazingly helpful and friendly in the whole process. The value added with their green car package and service, as well as their competitive pricing, made it an easy choice for us to buy from Gladstone even though we live an hour away. Jeremy in financing really helped us out in our car buying experience as well. We went through a bit of a hiccup and miscommunication between us, Wade the salesman, and the financing office. Jeremy found out and worked diligently to restore my trust and confidence in this dealership and Toyota by fixing the issue and making sure I left the dealership happy. Well he did. I'm so happy I went with purchasing a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid (which we love!) from Gladstone (who gave us a great deal and worked with us to ensure we were happy). More

I was not once strip searched or publicly ridiculed. I came on the Costco buying program and was not disappointed. I received courteous and knowledgeable service from everyone. Angel Grose from the internet sales department totally crushed it. Trey Kittirath was super friendly too. My experience never felt overly car sales-y. I bought a Camry and named it "Angel." Down to Earth service I found the exact car I wanted. Danny Bernal came out to assist me. I was very clear and to the point of what I was interested in. No problem. After giving me the night to sleep on it, I decided that I had other priorities that were more important than buying a new car. He never made me feel bad and was completely understanding. In spite of being relatively new to the dealership, Josh was knowledgeable and if he didn't know something was quick to find out. He was not at all the pushy salesman that many of us have come to expect when walking into an auto dealership which kind of threw us for a bit of a loop at first but we really appreciated it. We really ended up leading the conversation rather than feeling like we were being pushed into something. Zach was great to work with on the pricing negotiation and he and his manager (not sure of his name, sorry!) honored a paper ad price that not only did we not even know about, but was actually a misprint! That was above and beyond on the customer service scale as far as I'm concerned and something they didn't have to do at all. Tom in Finance bought down our interest rate to make the added warrantly fit into our budget, which, again, was not at all expected, but hugely appreciated. We will definitely be coming here again when our Camry needs replacing! More

His professional attitude, and ability to listen to my needs and wants took all my fears away and changed my mode from fear to total confidence .
