Having been to two other Toyota dealerships in the Portland area, it was quite a pleasant surprise to meet Wade who went above and beyond all expectations. All previous Toyota employees that had helped us were just sub-par to mediocre. It was refreshing to find someone who was genuinely trying to help us. He spared no effort in explaining all details about the car we were purchasing without making us feel pressured or rushed. Wade made sure that all our questions were thoroughly answered while making sure that the transaction was as quick as possible as to not inconvenience us. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had, Toyota Gladstone should feel proud to have such an employee on their floor.
