Having spotted this car online late on a Sunday, I was first of all surprised that salesperson Zach offered to stay after hours to allow me to drive up from Salem to test drive the car. Little did I realize that four of their staff would have to stay after hours to assist me with the purchase! They were all so friendly and gracious from start to finish. Angel who came with me to test drive the car was knowledgeable, attentive to all of my questions and concerns, not at all pushing for a sale and saw to it that the car was in great shape when she delivered it to us after the purchase. This is a professional, caring team who aim to have happy, satisfied customers! More

To start they just happened to have the vehicle and color I wanted to buy. the 2016 4runner TRD pro was on the lot, which is typically a build to order only vehicle. Khzam showed me the ins and outs of the truck and was able to answer all my questions. Khzam introduced me to the sales manager who was able to match my credit union's low rate so I chose to finance with them. Overall Toyota of Gladstone is a great place with an excellent team. More
