Wade helped me with the purchase of my 2016 scion tc and he was fantastic. He didn't try to use car selling jedi-mind tricks on me or any of that kind of stuff. He truly does care about his customers. He even paid for and sent me a bottle of touch up paint a couple of months later after my car got chipped. My experience at Toyota of Gladstone great and Wade was so good that I have decided to name my second child after him. The dealership didn't have the specific car we wanted on the lot, but he managed to get one on the lot from Portland within a few hours. We were delayed (traffic & weather) getting back to the dealership after running some errands and he not only waited for us to return, but did so after hours (we're from Lincoln City and he knew that we wouldn't be in town again for a few weeks). We never felt rushed to complete all of the paperwork and he spent a lot of time (again, after regular hours) familiarizing us with all of the functions of the vehicle.
