Pre purchase great, post purchase horrible! I bought a used car (2009 BMW 335i) on the 15th, which was a Friday. The people I worked with through the purchase were great. They were very friendly I bought a used car (2009 BMW 335i) on the 15th, which was a Friday. The people I worked with through the purchase were great. They were very friendly, professional, and even played with my daughter in their play room while my husband and I went through the financing portion of the purchase. A+ and 5 stars for customer service before the purchase. However, on the drive home my husband noticed a droning noise coming from the left rear tire at about 7o miles an hour. In Oregon the speed limit is 55, so we were not able to take it to 70 until we got onto 205 in Washington. The next day I went to use the cup holder and discovered it is jammed into the dashboard and won't come out. We decided we would call them on Monday and voice our concerns since it was the weekend. We got a call from someone on Sunday checking in with us so we let them know about the concerns. By this point it was the cup holder, the droning noise, a clattering noise when turning the car off, the steering wheel was slightly off center, and the left rear blinker had malfunctioned (three of the led lights were not working). She told us to bring it in Monday to be checked out. Now keep in mind when we bought the car we were assured it had a clean bill of health. On my way there, at the stark street exit the check engine light came on saying the power had been reduced to half throttle. Safe to proceed. Drive with caution. So I took a picture of the notification and the check engine light and continued to the dealership. Upon my arrival they advised me that they did an alignment before they sold it to me so that wasn't an issue. They checked the blinker and then told me they were getting me a rental because it was going to take some time. I forgot to mentiom the cup holder and the droning noise in all the commotion as I've never dealt with a dealership before. The following Monday (7 days later) I called to tell them about it and hopefully get an update. Tuesday I got a call back and they said the noise was a bent rim. They then proceed to say they did an alignment before selling it to me and would have noticed it then. Basically telling me I did it in the three whole days I had it when my husband heard it driving home. I told him this and he said he'd talk to the manager about it. They did find out that the turbos failed so they had to replace them, and they replaced the light that was out (thank goodness I bought an after market service plan or I'd have had to pay the 5k or so to fix it 3 days after being assured it had a clean bill of health). Wednesday comes and he calls back at 8:30pm to let me know they aren't going to fix the tire or the cup holder. So in the three days I had it after being assured it had a clean bill of health I find out the rim is bent and the turbos failed. I hadn't taken the RPMS over 3.5 grand and before this car I drove a lowered car for 2 years so I'm very good at avoided pot holes. I did not bend the rim! In a nut shell, once you buy the car their customer service is out the window. So proceed with caution. I finally get my car back tomorrow after 9 days of driving a rental car, which I now know more than my own car. My husband will be fixing the cup holder and replacing the rim, and I trust him way more than this dealership. More

I purchased my new 2016 Toyota Tacoma at Gladstone Toyota I had been watching the web site for Toyota of Gladstone looking for a good deal on a used Toyota Tacoma. I finally found one that I liked so I posted I had been watching the web site for Toyota of Gladstone looking for a good deal on a used Toyota Tacoma. I finally found one that I liked so I posted an offer. Within 20 minutes I was contacted by Internet sales rep Angel grose. Angel was very kind and professional as she took my info and offer on the truck I was interested in. I went into the dealership, test drove the truck and restated my offer. Unfortunately the offer was not accepted and the counter offer was a bit out of my budget so I had to let it go. Angel promised me she would keep an eye on new arrivals and notify me when something new came in that fit my needs and budget. Angel kept her promise and brought to my attention two new arrivals over the course of a couple of weeks. The first one did not fit but the second one seemed to be the one. I test drive the Tacoma and after doing all the offers and paperwork we came to an agreement on price, payments, terms and interest rate. Then only to find out that another sales associate had just sold the truck I was looking at! We were all very upset and almost devastated. Then steps in the Internet sales manager John H. I believe was his name. Angel and John said they would cut me a good deal on new 2016 and the monthly payments would actually be lower on the new truck vs the used one. We crunched the numbers again and again and finally ended up where I wanted to be And I did end up with a lower monthly payment as promised. Kudos to Angel Grose and the team at Gladstone Toyota!! My experience was very positive in that Angel worked so hard to get me a great deal within my budget and on my terms and for that I give her a ???????????? six star rating. Overall Gladstone Toyota was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely reccomend them to anyone I know who is looking for a new or used car. And I will always reccomend they ask for Angel Grose!!
