After several months of online research and hunting, I narrowed my dealership choice down to three. John was particularly sensitive to my needs and not at all pushy, so I decided to buy from him. If ten is the highest rating, I would give him a ten. The only process I would rate lower is the paperwork. I haven't bought a car in 13 years and am glad to say the experience has improved, with the exception of the paperwork. I fail to understand why it takes nearly an hour to produce the paperwork. I would definitely recommend John Calhoun to anybody I know who is looking to purchase a Toyota. More

After an initial contact on my part to every Toyota dealership in Oregon and Washington, no other salesperson in a 600+ mile radius was as committed communicating well, and in general, just "showing up" consistently in my email inbox in a valuable way. So many salespeople get annoying to receive emails from because they never seem like they've taken the time to have any understanding of what a person is actually hunting for in their vehicle purchase, this was not the case with Kermit, he always made sure to discuss what I was interested in. More

Kenny Khzam was extremely knowledgeable with all the bells and whistles on my 2014 RAV4 Limited and took the time to set up voice recognition and sync my phone. I am positive if there is something I can't figure out he will be more than happy to help me. More
