This is my second car purchased from Sou/Toyota of Gladstone I didn't plan to buy a new car so soon after my last one, but there wasn't a doubt in my mind about where to go. Carl was the perfect combination of helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and just the right amount of persistent. I had been really dreading going to a car dealership but Costco's program connected me to Carl. Carl was so patient he kept communicating with me as I was dragging my feet on coming in.. He was honest and genuine and made the process as simple as possible. He kept sending messages and videos of potential vehicles for me. He really asked the right questions and listened to what my needs were in a vehicle. Also, Vincent was amazing he spent so much time helping me figure out the bells and whistles of what the car offers with audio, navigation etc. Big thank you to him! Bryan, the finance Manager was also great; he was straightforward and put my nerves at ease as I was not looking forward to meeting with the" finance guy" he was very approachable and informative. I will highly recommend your team to anyone and everyone! More

Very helpful, relaxing, and friendly! I have a 5 starts because it was an amazing experience. Most dealerships, when you’re looking around, salesmen always try and pressure you on going in I have a 5 starts because it was an amazing experience. Most dealerships, when you’re looking around, salesmen always try and pressure you on going inside to “look at some numbers.” But at Gladstone Toyota, there was no pressure. They were very professional and friendly. They also work with you. Would highly recommend! More
