Dishonest, unethical, no trustworthy sale practice I leased a 2015 Prius C three from Toyota of Gladstone dealership and we finalized all the contract and I drove the car home assuming all is set. The I leased a 2015 Prius C three from Toyota of Gladstone dealership and we finalized all the contract and I drove the car home assuming all is set. The next day they called me stating that they made a mistake in the contract. I went to see them and they said I was suppose to take 2014 not 2015, after lots of taking I agreed. The dealership turned out to have no 2014 Prius C three available but he promised that he will get it. During a period of two weeks they kept annoying me by messages and emails that they can't find the color I want on 2014 and I have to return the 2015 Prius. I ended up returning the Prius C three 2015. More

Our friends and family haven't seen the car but they will be impressed too. Also, most importantly, you did an outstanding job following up with information, prices and the videos of the two Toyota RAV4 AWD pyrite mica (One 2012 and ours 2011 Limited). We would buy again from Toyota of Gladstone. We have bought a Toyota Corolla from Gresham Toyota, a Toyota Previa LE SC Alltrac from Beaverton Toyota, another Toyota Corolla from Royal Moore Toyota and this last one, Toyota RAV4 AWD Limited from Toyota of Gladstone. We tried to buy twice from Broadway Toyota, but they didn't even invite us to come in a sit down, when we were ready to purchase and after two hours talking to them. This last purchase from Toyota of Gladstone has been the most pleasant experience of all, quick an to the point. Thank you again for the excellent job of you and your team. Tom provided an awesome customer service!!! I had a great experience buying my 2014 Toyota Prius at Gladstone. Tom was very proactive in finding what I was looking for (which was not readily av I had a great experience buying my 2014 Toyota Prius at Gladstone. Tom was very proactive in finding what I was looking for (which was not readily available in any of the other dealers I had checked - Royal, Moore, Ron Tonkin, Capitol and Wilsonville dealers).. Even though they did not have the Prius V with panoramic roof at Gladstone, Tom was the only sales rep that took the time to check around and within 24 hours he found exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciated his help without pushing a sale, just understanding the need and ensuring I was a 100% satisfied. Awesome customer service!!! More
