I bought the car at Gladstone Toyota and have been with Jenny as my service center representative ever since. She has ALWAYS been friendly and the service has always been quick and thorough. I would vote Jenny as my service center representative ever since. She has ALWAYS been friendly and the service has always been quick and thorough. I would vote Jenny as employee of the year if I could. There are other Toyota dealers closer to me than Gladstone and I have been to them once. Their customer service is awful so I will continue going the extra distance to have my car serviced at Gladstone Toyota and to have Jenny as my representative. More

Salesmen are NOT all alike... Started with Kemick and while he was in a class, another salesman took over. That salesman taught me something.....there are good salesmen and there a Started with Kemick and while he was in a class, another salesman took over. That salesman taught me something.....there are good salesmen and there are fantastic salesmen. It all depends on who you deal with as to whether you get the car you wanted. The "sub" salesman said we couldn't get what we wanted. I went home and texted Kemick telling him of my negative experience. When he went into the office the next morning, he made it all right again. I SO APPRECIATE KEMICK!!! More
