I got my new truck (Tacoma) and trade in my old car (Corolla) were less then 2 hours from the time I step in the door of Toyota Glastone. I have used this shop for 2 trucks and 1 car over the last 25 years. They always get me in when I call, make sure they understand what is wrong and always fix the problem. In this case my alternator blew last 25 years. They always get me in when I call, make sure they understand what is wrong and always fix the problem. In this case my alternator blew, wasn't sure if the wiring harness was bad too but once the alternator was in found no harness was needed. Called me immediately with both estimate and when vehicle was finished so I could get there before closing. I live in Salem, Oregon which is about 50 miles away and have a job that is difficult to schedule car repair around. Outstanding service shop. I won't ever buy a truck any place else. I have had some financial difficulties in recent years and have not even tried to look for a car because I knew I wouldn't be able to get financing. Duy, John and Josh took a completely new and unique approach which succeeded in putting me in a comfortable, reliable and good-looking car and with an affordable payment to boot. They actually looked for financing first and then found a car that fit the lender's parameters. In spite of what seemed to be a "backwards" approach, I ended up with a car that met every one of my requirements ... economical (mileage in excess of 30 mpg), reliable (still under warranty), professional looking, and with a 5-speed manual transmission to boot! Before I picked the car up, Duy put it through their Detail Dept. And it looked gorgeous when I went to pick it up. And Jamshid walked me through the required mountain of paperwork quickly and painlessly. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, professional and helpful without making me feel pressured or rushed. I will gladly refer all of my friends and family to Duy, et al, and I doubt that I will ever buy a car from anyone else. She recognizes that customers do not have time to waste, and always gets the maintenance done correctly in the least amount of time, with a smile and a friendly attitude. As impressive, her attitude is the only reason I visit this dealership...I attempted twice in the recent past to purchase a vehicle here, but both times I encountered auto salesman who were not knowledgeable about the Toyota vehicle I sought, rude and downright deceptive (liars). I walked out the second time, went to another Toyota dealership, and bought a car the very same day. Even though I would never buy a vehicle from the sales department here because of their past behavior, they do get all of my service business because of Jenny, as well as two other friends of mine who consider Jenny their service advisor, also.
