I just want to continue to give a thank you to Duy Dang at Toyota of Glastone. We have purchased a couple of cars over the past few years with Duy and it never failed that Duy would always follow up long at Toyota of Glastone. He would make sure that we are enjoying the new vehicle, if we need anything, or if we have gotten the license plate yet, etc... We have dealt with some car salemen from a different dealer, and unfortunately, as soon as the transaction is finished, we would never hear from both the saleman and the dealership. I took my 2010 Camry in for some additional installations. First, I got great help from Samson in Parts department. Then he transferred me out to Chris who was extremely helpful. Then on the weekend I went to the dealership and talked to Duy. He spent 4 hours with me going over all the options and functions of the vehicle and walked me through the whole buying process. I'm very happy with my decision to purchase my new Highlander with Duy. He's very through and careful with all the details on the car as well as my financing, DMV fees and insurance processes. I'd definately recommend Duy Dang and Gladstone Toyota to my family and friends because they provided excellent customer services and meet all customers' needs.
