Service is very important to us. Are people put alot of miles on the cars and trucks that we have. Peggy and her Green team does a super job for us. Five years or more I brought in two camrys to be serviced, because I was unhappy with another dealership. Then I added two more camrys. The owner of Emerick Const. wantedto know how the service department was doing. I said they are great!!! So, Emerick purchased more camrys and one Highlander for the owner. We now bring ten cars for service. Two of the camrys has over 188,000 miles do to the great service. I started out with Peggy. Now they have different teams (green, blue, etc). Peggy and her Green Team has done a super job for us!!! Everyone goes out of their way to help you (Service Dept,Service Mgr,Parts,Shuttle service,Sales Dept,etc). I have been looking for a new vehicle for some time. I I have been looking for a new vehicle for some time. I have visited many Dealerships in my area but nothing to the caliber or professionalism I exper I have been looking for a new vehicle for some time. I have visited many Dealerships in my area but nothing to the caliber or professionalism I experienced at Toyota of Gladstone. I was put in touch with a sales person by the name of Mr. Duy Dang. I gave Mr. Dang the type and model of the vehicle I was looking for. Mr. Dang contacted me about 25 minutes later and had three vehicles that matched my search criteria. Mr Dang assisted me over the phone and made preparations for me to drive there and purchase the vehicle. I live in California and had to drive well over 12hours to get to this Dealership. I have never been to a Dealership and purchased a new vehicle without spending the day going back and forth with the sales staff. I arrived at Toyota of Gladstone around 8:30 in the morning and was met by Mr. Dang and the Manager Mr. David Elder. This was even before the Dealership was opened for business. I walked on the showroom floor and my vehicle was sitting on the showroom floor waiting for my purchase. I went in to the finance area and completed ALL of the financing paperwork in less than one hour!! No hassles, no games. When I came back out to the showroom floor, Duy had made sure my vehicle was detailed and filled my gas tank. Duy and the sales team showed me all of the features that were on my newly purchased vehicle. (This took longer than the financing) When I had completed the indepth in-service training, I was given the keys and drove my new vehicle off the showroom floor. Toyota of Gladstone has brought back an American concept of customer service that is not experienced in other Dealerships. I will NEVER go to another car dealership to buy another vehicle. Duy Dang's attention to detail and customer service dedication is far above the norm. The dealership is managed by Mr. David Elder. Mr. Elder has assembled a true winning team at Toyota of Gladstone! The teamwork and pride demonstrated at this Dealership is an absolute pleasurable experience. More

I purchased my Honda Element from this dealership, and later I found it had a cracked engine block. My extended warranty did not cover this repair, so the dealership decided to replace the engine with a later I found it had a cracked engine block. My extended warranty did not cover this repair, so the dealership decided to replace the engine with another used one. The engine they replaced it needed a new part, so they ordered it and didn't charge me a dime for any the repairs. They paid for my rental car too. Jenny was helpful from beginning to end. She kept me informed and was so nice to work with. Jenny made my experience excellent from beginning to end. She works with the purple team and I recommend her and the dealership to everyone now. They will took good care of me and will do the same for you! More
Peggy has been my service manager for many years. She is very professional, curtious, helpful and is one of my main reasons for getting all three of my toyotas serviced at this dealership. Jeff JR. is an exceptional young man, friendly, courteous and helpful. He has followed up the sale and answered questions knowledgeably. In fac, I find the whole dealership that way. When I call in with a question, I am given the answer promptly without hassle and with courtesy. When I was in for service, I was quickly served and questions answered. When I went out the door to go to lunch, someone opened the door for me. I have already recommended the dealership to someone else, but they decided they did not need to trade vehicles, so nothing came of it, but I would be glad to do it again. When I first called in, I was given over to John Hill, one of the managers. Later when I called back, he was willing to take my call and answer my questions before I even came in, offering to buy a tank full of gas as an incentive to make the drive, since I do not live in Gladstone. Of course later the dealership recouped the cost because I had not used much of it before we were back and made a deal, but even so, it was a nice touch. I was asked to rate the "price". I have nothing to compare it with so I don't actually know if I got a good deal or not, but we are satisfied with it, and that is sufficient reason for the rating. I am surprised to see that other dealerships have the same rating, but I still say the experience was exceptional: thus,all 5's. More

I took my Sienna 2004 for the service today. I really enjoyed even waiting for an hour half at waiting room. They have little refreshment and coffee. The people are very friendly and delightful. Well not only were the staff friendly, but also very knowledgable. The service department went above and beyond in showing me what was needed to be replaced. They also do very detailed inspections to make sure that the vehicle is in great working condition. Fast service, friendly faces, and very knowledgable. What more can I say? More
