Garrett Griffith was outstanding in regard to being ready for my arrival, expeditiously documenting all that I wanted done, and ensuring car was ready when promised. Tech(s) completed all work within promised time and everything was done correctly on first try. Key fob batteries were also replaced at no cost which we greatly appreciate. Overall appearance and condition of dealership was incredible; cleanliness was immaculate. WiFi was also very easy to use and extremely fast for a guest service. I was able to do some personal financial work during the time I spent waiting. More

I had a malfunction message with my new car I called and mike said oh bring it right in. I brought it in and I usually work with Jason so he took my car and got it checked out. The work was good, however, the dealership called me around 4 pm to tell me my car was ready. I had to do something and couldn't come right away. I arrived around 5:30 and was told that there was someth around 4 pm to tell me my car was ready. I had to do something and couldn't come right away. I arrived around 5:30 and was told that there was something they had to fix. The coolant had an air bubble and had to be flushed. They could have checked before calling me so I wouldn't have to wait for another half hour to get my car. I had to choose a box for whether I recommend this service center. I am torn between yes and no. I chose yes only because this was the first time I had a problem with them. I don't remember who called me to tell me the car was ready. More
