Excellent experience. This was my first experience at Gladstone Toyota. In the past, I always thought it would take too long and be uncomfortable to wait. My Service coordinator Garret was right there at my appt. time of 8:00. They took the car to the shop and I was able to relax in their nice waiting area with couches and food. Real food, as you see on a menu! They were prompt and washed/vacuumed my car. Nice people. No more Jiffy Lube! These guys got it down and you are assured the work is competent.
