Better service reps I am on my 2nd Prius, one an '04 bought new from this dealer, and my current '08 bought used from another dealer. I've been a service customer of T of I am on my 2nd Prius, one an '04 bought new from this dealer, and my current '08 bought used from another dealer. I've been a service customer of T of G since 2004. There was a change in ownership at some point in those years and the service got markedly better from the standpoint that I no longer felt I was being scammed into stuff I didn't need. One scam involved being shown a dirty cabin air filter every time I went in for an oil change. As far as I can tell there has been a staffing turnover, and people I had come to recognize as less than forthright have gone. My service experience has been much improved. More

The time went by quickly while utilizing complementary coffee, in a very clean waiting area .
