We have taken our multiple vehicles to this dealer. No because of the company name, not because of the vehicles it sells. We have taken our vehicles there because of the incredible, top of the line servi because of the company name, not because of the vehicles it sells. We have taken our vehicles there because of the incredible, top of the line service provided by one of their employees, Jenny Rhodes. We don't believe in a company or firm. We believe in people. There is something to be said for feeling like you are welcome when your arrive, being greeted with a smile, the service person remembering your name from a prior visit, and remembering your service history - not because it has been looked up in a computer, but because the person really cares not only about your vehicle, but also about you. It's also a pleasure not to have to chase down information or an answer; but when asking a question, if the answer is not immediately available, knowing that she will call you back and let you know. It is so refreshing to meet and have a business relationship with a person who actually cares about what they do. There is also something to be said for dealing with a person who has a genuine presence. So many mechanical places we're gone, whether dealerships or the local corner lube joint, have employees who are there to seemingly provide as little service as possible but have no problem on focusing on up-selling. With Jenny, I don't worry about her up-selling me, because she provides the focus and service on me and my family first. If businesses don't think the consumer realizes when they are being sold a bill of goods, they are deceiving only themselves. Jenny provides service first; so I don't have to worry about being sold a bill of goods . . . and know that I have purchased quality materials and maintenance for my vehicle. She has impressed me so much that I call to make sure she is working before I bring my vehicle in; because if she isn't, I'm willing to wait until she is. She's worth it. She makes Toyota of Gladstone worth my business. More

I took my car here to get an oil change, fix a couple dents, and solve a wiring problem. They were straight forward about what the repairs would cost and they even finished with my car earlier than they dents, and solve a wiring problem. They do cost a bit more than a mom and pop shop, but I definitely noticed the difference in service and speed. I will be going back when I buy a new camry to see if their sales team is anything like their service team. More
I didn't used to think that a dealership had anything better to offer than any other mechanic for fixing a car. But recently when I had a major problem with my Toyota I had it worked on at the Gladstone better to offer than any other mechanic for fixing a car. But recently when I had a major problem with my Toyota I had it worked on at the Gladstone Toyota dealership. Jenny explained about the mechanics having special training specific to Toyotas and only using Toyota parts not generics. Jenny is so knowledgabe and I will only be bringing my car to her in the future. Thanks. More

I was able to call and get an appointment the same day! That was better than expected. Then i was greeted upon my arrival. Car issues is one of my least favorite things to deal with. Working with Jenny, I know she will always give me a straight answer. She is very knowledgable in her job.
