I return to this dealership to have my vehicle serviced solely because of Jenny Rhodes in the service department. She is helpful and very knowledgeable about my vehicle, and goes above and beyond to ensure solely because of Jenny Rhodes in the service department. She recognizes that customers do not have time to waste, and always gets the maintenance done correctly in the least amount of time, with a smile and a friendly attitude. As impressive, her attitude is the only reason I visit this dealership...I attempted twice in the recent past to purchase a vehicle here, but both times I encountered auto salesman who were not knowledgeable about the Toyota vehicle I sought, rude and downright deceptive (liars). I walked out the second time, went to another Toyota dealership, and bought a car the very same day. Even though I would never buy a vehicle from the sales department here because of their past behavior, they do get all of my service business because of Jenny, as well as two other friends of mine who consider Jenny their service advisor, also. Since then, Fall 2007 I have had nothing but really good experiences dealing with the service department through Jenny, who always takes such good care of me! I really like my car, AND I very much appreciate knowing I can trust the people who help me take care of it! More

I took my 2010 Camry in for some additional installations. First, I got great help from Samson in Parts department. Then he transferred me out to Chris who was extremely helpful. He answered and followed up with all of my questions. He even arranged for a rental car for me. During the whole process of installing the extra optional parts for my car, Chris called and kept me update w/the process. When I came to pick up my car, Jose in service department came out to show and explained about the work. Great job for everyone. Jenny.....my service adviser did above and beyond satisfactory work on my 2003 rav4. I could go on and on about the stuff this lady did for me but i dont have time for a 4 page blog!! Troy was very friendly and helpful. He was not pushy at all and I really appreciate that. They were willing to negotiate, he answered all my questions, and he even interacted with my kids. My 1986 Celica has only known Toyota servicing. Since 1989, Jenny has been the primary service care person. Even tho this is an old car, she always makes me feel like this car's care is just as importan 1989, Jenny has been the primary service care person. Lately, getting Toyota parts have started to become a problem, Jenny took 2-3 days calling around the country trying to locate a specific genuine Toyota part. That really said alot about how much she cares about her job and about my car. Plus, she is always so cheery, friendly, fun to be around. She makes me feel like my car is family. Thus, I will continue to come to Gladstone Toyota Service Center, primarily because of Jenny Rhodes and how much she cares about making sure that my car is taken care of correctly, and in a timely manner. Plus, I let everyone I know that owns a Toyota to be sure and ask for Jenny and the PURPLE team, cuz, "they are the best"! More
