I purchased 6 ignition coils from Glendale online parts department during their 15% Presidents Day sale. Unfortunately, the website listed the wrong ignition coils for my vehicle, and so I needed to exchan department during their 15% Presidents Day sale. Unfortunately, the website listed the wrong ignition coils for my vehicle, and so I needed to exchange. When I came in to exchange the parts, everyone I dealt with REFUSED to honor the original 15% discount. They required that I pay that additional 15% over the cost of the original ignition coils to correct a mistake made by their website. I even showed them the mistake by putting in my vehicle info into their online system and the system showing the incorrect ignition coils as the one needed. They acknowledged the mistake, but refused to give me the original discount they offered. This is not ok. I should not have been charged an extra 15% to correct their mistake, and should be refunded the 15% difference. More
