I purchased 6 ignition coils from Glendale online parts department during their 15% Presidents Day sale. Unfortunately, the website listed the wrong ignition coils for my vehicle, and so I needed to exchan department during their 15% Presidents Day sale. Unfortunately, the website listed the wrong ignition coils for my vehicle, and so I needed to exchange. When I came in to exchange the parts, everyone I dealt with REFUSED to honor the original 15% discount. They required that I pay that additional 15% over the cost of the original ignition coils to correct a mistake made by their website. I even showed them the mistake by putting in my vehicle info into their online system and the system showing the incorrect ignition coils as the one needed. They acknowledged the mistake, but refused to give me the original discount they offered. This is not ok. I should not have been charged an extra 15% to correct their mistake, and should be refunded the 15% difference. More
Took in my vehicle for a complimentary oil and filter change. This was a little unexpected, but greatly appreciated. The facility is always clean, and has ample seating for the early birds (coffee too). change. This was a little unexpected, but greatly appreciated. My purchase was a very pleasant process. All staff members at the dealer were friendly and helpful. I got exactly the vehicle that I wanted at a price that I thought was reasonable. They insisted on running a credit check for a cash transaction, which immediately raised red flags. I made it clear that I didn’t want to run a credit check for a cash transaction for my family member. I repeatedly requested that they wait for a banker’s check to clear and refrain from applying for a credit check. The next day, my family member arrived with a banker’s check in hand, but they still required her to fill out an application and conducted a hard credit pull. Apparently, there’s a lack of communication and unethical practices within their dealership. What’s the point of buying a car with cash if they conduct a credit check? I’ve purchased numerous cars with cash, and none of the other dealerships have ever required a credit check. They simply left a negative mark on her credit record, which will remain for two years. I strongly advise against buying from this dealership if you’re a cash buyer. More
